My name is Sharleigh and I am a fitness enthusiast, ready to take on the world and help as many people as I can to achieve a fitness level where they enjoy being active and healthy for the long term.
I am currently a Club Manager for Snap Fitness in Beaudesert and building a new Personal Training platform to assist like-minded people in achieving success for a healthy lifestyle.
I am currently taking on client in the online space, writing up programs and coaching. I am passionate in helping beginners to get the confidence to walk into the gym.
