I've been employed in the Fitness Industry continually since 1993 as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
I have managed several gyms and ran my own private studio for a few years.
I have been an instructor assessor, giving certification to group fitness instructors and contributed to writing course components for the GEL Certification.

After the birth of my second child, I had lost a massive amount of weight due to extreme morning sickness through the pregnancy.
Sharon was instrumental in helping me to recover to pre-pregnancy health and strength.
Her attention to detail and the understanding of the ravaging effects of the HG (intense morning sickness) on my pregnant body, made me feel like I was in very competent hands.

A few years ago I had surgery on m y rotator cuff.
After my initial acute stage physio rehab, my physio referred me to Sharon for continued rehab on the shoulder.
She not only took me through to full strength again, but also was able to assist in me pre-habbing the other shoulder through a minor tear also, helping me to avoid the need for surgery on it.
