I had worked in the fitness industry throughout the late 80's and 90's then I had my last two children ( 5 in all. ) In my 50's I started training again and decided to go back to my first passion which has always been helping others to achieve their fitness as being fit = independence. ( I have been earning my living as an Interior Designer the last few years )

As I have gotten older, I know we don't bounce back as quickly. Safe and age appropriate training is paramount.That is why I focus on obtaining fitness through weights along with gentle exercise.

I am now 63 I have been thin, fat, unfit and fit. I have been pregnant and I have had to train around a full time job. Then there is.....menopause.

I know the struggles of balancing a busy life with all that being a employee, wife, mother , grand mother, daughter and sister require but I also want to enjoy life. I want you to enjoy life through being fit and strong.
