A Bit About Me
A Master Trainer and Corporate Wellness Consultant - I've been in the wellness and fitness Industry for over 15 years.
My love and passion to help people through all walks of life is my mission. Through the years my qualifications have included Bowen Therapy, Sports massage , Cert III & IV in Fitness, Diploma in Nutrition and fitness, Reiki , Advanced Kettle bell training and more. I'm qualified to run One on One sessions, Boot camps and now Spartan GXS.
It's amazing how life leads you from having the passion to helping those around you grow and really get out of their comfort zone and do so amazingly well through their whole life .
I'm blessed to be in this wonderful Industry and I truly believe we can make each day better !!!
