A Bit About Me

I've been training for approximately eight years and have developed a strong passion for the fitness and nutrition industry. I decided about 12 months ago it was time to pursue something that I am truly passionate about and show my kids you can do whatever you put your mind too, so i commenced my studies obtaining my cert 3 & 4 in fitness.

I've have recently completed a further qualification with Onfit, picking up PadMaster Certification along the way which qualifies me as an accredited Boxfit instructor with certifications in Focus Pads, Thai Pads and Kick Shield training.

I am currently doing further studies in weight management which is an internationally and nationally accredited qualification and allows me to give nutritional advise, construct meal plans and much more.

I have recently registered my own business called Viper Fitness which is set to commence Personal Training/Group Fitness sessions later this month.

He helped me get my eating habits right and made me stronger! cannot recommend him enough! not only does he explain every workout and areas it'll target he makes it fun.
