Accomplished personal trainer in the fitness industry since November 2008, with specialist skills and qualifications in Kettlebell training, Suspension training and Strength training
Competed numerous times nationally and internationally in Kettlebell sport; I hold an international level rank in all kettlebell sports events and have been The Girevoy Sports secretary from 2012-2016 and again 2017 to present day.
Created and conduct a CEC/FITREC approved a level one and two kettlebell course for personal trainers
Helped develop a new suspension training device for an international company. I created the manual and oversaw the filming of the instructional DVD.
I created a CEC/FITREC approved course for personal trainers in the use of this training device
Highly proficient in functional training, exercise programming and rehabilitation, fitness assessments, power training and programming, circuit training, one-on-one training and group exercise training.
