A Bit About Me
I'm a Freestyle Group Fitness Instructor with over 16 years industry experience. I obtained my Cert III in Fitness Exercise to Music at Box Hill TAFE in 1998. At present I teach Freestyle Step, Free Weights group fitness classes and Indoor Cycle (Spinning) Classes. I have also previously taught Hi-low Aerobics, Les Mills BodyPump, TaiBox and HIIT classes.
