I'm also passionate about working with older adults, keeping them active and engaged in the community.
Steve Proimos
A highly experienced personal trainer, motivator and friend. Having been a personal trainer since 2002, I have helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals. Everything I know, I share with my clients because knowledge is power and key to achieving results. As a PT, I practice what I preach, being a huge advocate for healthy living beyond the gym. My experience spans from strength training to Olympic lifting, Thai kickboxing, fat loss and mobility. The plans I design are customised to you. So if you’re after a nutrition plan and workout program that you can manage independently, I can do that. Or if you’re after a more hands on approach, I can do that too. While I don’t take myself too seriously, I do take goals seriously. So if you’re excited to change how you look and feel, let’s get the ball rolling now!

From a young age working as professional dancer in the UK, my interest in music and physical movement was realized and defined my entry into the Fitness Industry. While raising my three children in South Africa and holding down a full-time business career, I studied and achieved a certificate in fitness at the University of Witwatersrand South Africa. I started teaching fitness classes most evenings and weekends. From that time, a love of teaching Group fitness took off for me. Since immigrating to Australia in 2001, I added a diverse range of classes, some freestyle developed by myself, as well as Pilates, Barre, Yoga and Les Mills programs. I have continued with ongoing education and kept up with the developments across the industry. For example; Further certifications in Les Mills, Pilates, Aqua, Tai Chi and Tai Chi-Fan, and working with older adults. I still love what I do, and am most grateful for all the support from my class participants over the years.
Hannah Altman PhD
have over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry across sales, management, and practitioner roles. My experience is backed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a PhD focused on the business of fitness, alongside a lifetime in high-level sport as a nationally ranked kayaker and international-level powerlifting athlete, coach, and referee. Over the past five years, I have specialised in working with medical professionals and older adults, helping clients reduce pain, improve movement, and build confidence through evidence-based strength training. To make these services more accessible, I developed the Infinite App, delivering structured rehabilitation and strength programs online. In May 2026, I relocated to Sydney to take up a Senior Lectureship in Sport at the Global Institute of Sport while continuing to run Infinite online. I am currently looking for a Sydney gym to call home.

Over the last 15 years he’s developed from personal training to movement coaching which helps people understand what’s limiting them (whether its stiffness, soreness, pain or plateaus); and discover new movement patterns beyond these limitations. He coaches a wide range of individuals; people who want to be able to stay active with their children, elite and amateur athletes striving for their personal best, teenagers who want to grow into good posture and individuals who want to stay independent as they age.
