With 5 years in the industry, I have developed a broad range of approaches to fitness and have built a reputation of client success. I believe that community and culture are king in fitness today, and that competition is one of the biggest sources of confidence. If I'm not competing myself or coaching athletes through one, you can most likely find me networking with a sporting body or a fitness race to make it accessible.

Tammy Curtis
I am the owner and head trainer at Tammy Curtis - Fit for All personal training studio newly relocated in Ocean Grove, Melbourne. My interest in the industry came about when I retired from the Australian Women's Indoor Volleyball team and wanted to follow a fitness passion. It has given me many experiences including working as a trainer in a major London law firm, managing corporate facilities in Melbourne and Auckland, and working across a number of commercial facilities and fitness businesses such as Fernwood, Step into Life and the Australian Institute of Sport. For 10 years I was a lecturer at Australian Fitness Academy teaching the Cert III & IV in Fitness. This is where I got to share my 20+ years of knowledge in the industry. My passion lies in the rehab aspect of fitness and is the current direction of my business in the Bellarine Peninsula.
