I am qualified with a Certificate III and IV in FItness with the AFA. Past work experience has been with Gr8er Shape for Women in Caulfield. While doing my Cert III and IV, I also completed the specialisation modules on Nutrition and Weight Management and Exercise for Older Adults. More recently I completed the Foundation course on the Total Gym. I am now offering Personal Training from home on the Gravity (Total Gym ) machine . Wow! Over a quarter of a century in the fitness industry. I've coached a lot of stuff. Running coach, spin coach, crewing coach, circuits, lots and lots of weight training. Now primal movement for the last 14 years. Out of everything this had the most profound effect on my body. My body shape changed quickly and I quickly added lean muscle. Fast forward and we open 'Primal Moves'. 6 years we pushed this along but to no avail. Ah well! We're closed now back to the drawing board...I am looking for another space. In the meantime you can find me at MyoStrength and Performance in Plenty Road, Preston for 1 on 1 coaching and at ARC Pilates in Northcote coaching Animal Flow. I recently became a Stick Mobility Essentials Coach. Even at 58 you can learn new stuff.

I’m a Personal Trainer and Remedial Massage Therapist based at Club Lime in Greenway, Canberra. My work focuses on helping people build strength, improve movement quality, and support their bodies through proper recovery. I combine structured strength training with mobility work and recovery strategies to help clients move better, perform better, and stay injury-free. I work with a wide range of clients—from those returning from injury to people who simply want to feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. By bringing together performance training and hands-on recovery, my goal is to help clients train hard, recover well, and build long-term strength and resilience.
