Pilates and Props

This workshop will look at the various Pilates small apparatus such as the Bosu, resistance bands, various size balls, dumbbells, the resistance circle and foam roller.  Although small, in no way is the small apparatus insignificant in creating a powerful Pilates session to enhance or challenge a client’s fitness level.  Designed for the existing Pilates instructor to add to their repertoire or for the fitness professional who wants to expand their knowledge about the use of props. Ideal for Personal Trainers on the go.
