Freestyle exercise is just that - exercises that are free of restraints, but have plenty of style! This short course is fantastic for fitness professionals who teach older populations who may have limited mobility, struggle with their balance, or who haven't exercised for long periods. All of our mobility exercises are seated, gentle, and performed at a slower pace. The emphasis here is on participation and movement, and providing safe exercises for our seniors and older adults. We've put together 50 exercises that you can do in your aged care or community classes, that don't need any equipment or any experience, and that are perfect for your ageing participants to keep them moving and mobile!
