The Orbital training course is designed for fitness professionals who want to develop the necessary skills required to train their clients using the Orbital training tool system.

At the completion of this course, students will have the knowledge and skills to utilise the Orbital Training Tool in a fitness session with their clients. At the satisfactory completion of this course, a student will be able to:

• Set up the Orbital Training Tool & accessories
• Discuss the innovations of the Orbital Training Tool
• Understand the methodologies of Orbital programming
• Identify and coach appropriate warm-ups prior to Orbital training sessions
• Coach the fundamentals of different techniques using the Orbital Training Tool
• Combine the different techniques into fun, engaging fitness routines
• Identify and coach appropriate cool-down activities after the Orbital training session

Course Timeline: 3 Months

Assessment Requirements: The Orbital Instructor training course has 2 assessments, 1 theoretical (online) and 1 practical (video assessment). Having enough time to study and to become proficient in the use of the Orbital training tool and accessories is paramount.  The course is presented using a variety of interactive slides, videos and notes. As a self-paced course, you can study when it suits you.
