Requirements for complete beginners :

  • Blended Learning Program of Home-Study for theory with online tutor support
  • 15 days Fast-track Intensive practical and theory training in Tenerife, Phuket and Ireland.
  • 50 hours post-course practice sessions. Students are welcome to stay on with us at their chosen venues and we will support them with their case studies or they can complete also , in their home country with friends, family or existing clients. Video submissions and checklist documents are required. Your tutor will explain more to you about this on your course
  • Final Self- evaluation essay required after completion of all theory and practical assessments
  • Students will attend a final Student / Trainer Evaluation tutorial . This can be done in person or via video call if in another country

For students who already have an accredited certificate to Personal Trainer Level 3 standards from us or another Sports Academy they can proceed directly to the Master Personal Trainer 5 days Fast-track Intensive practical training for 750E and will only attend the final 5 days of advertised dates below Monday - Friday. This is purely a practical course of more advanced ways of working and there are no Post-Course practice sessions or additional theory to complete. Certificate awarded on final day of training.
