We are looking for a confident and ambitious junior or experienced admin/sales receptionist who wants to join a highly successful & progressive fitness brand with numerous sites handling all facets of gym industry and extending the successful applicant the opportunity to pursue a long term career in Health and Fitness. This is a full-time or part-time position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing telephone calls;
  • Meeting & greeting clients;
  • Providing support to Personal Trainers, members & general staff;
  • Managing general inquiries, the reception & office areas.
  • Sales support, reporting, database management and attending meetings.

Due to the high client contact nature of the role, applicants must possess impeccable presentation & communication skills.

  • Enthusiastic, energetic & a positive work ethic
  • Honest & reliable.

Work attributes sought are:

  • Previous reception/administration experience preferred, but not essential;
  • Computer skills;
  • An excellent telephone manner;

  • Impeccable presentation;
  • Honesty & reliability;
  • Data entry;
  • Initiative & ability to work unsupervised;
  • Ability to prioritise & meet deadlines;
  • Able to cope with multi-tasking and keep a calm demeanour.
