Your Responsibilities:

  • Look after your own small client base (sessions are capped for Managers)
  • Management of a team
  • Continuous learning and development
  • Excellence in customer service
  • Weekly communication with your team
  • Regular sales/KPI reporting to Head Office
  • Training and recruitment of new team members
  • Complete daily sales drives for your trainers
  • Monthly 1 on 1 meetings with all trainers under your management
  • Answer the phone and email enquiries within 24 hours
  • HR Management
  • Account Management for Victorian Team
  • Maintaining a high client retention rate
  • Local Area Marketing Initiatives
  • Monthly Meetings with Head Office (We come to you)
  • Manage feedback and disputes where they arise, presenting this information to the Management team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant management experience 
  • Proven success in client acquisition and retention
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or higher qualification)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Qualifications
  • Current Police and Working with Children Checks
  • A strong ability to draw upon your own initiative
  • Self-accountable
  • Own Car
