Some extra must have’s:

  1. Previous leadership experience and track record of breeding extraordinary talent
  2. Previous operational experience, encompassing all aspects of team management, customer service and sales
  3. Natural stakeholder management skillset
  4. A positive, upbeat, motivated attitude with excellent communication and decision making skills
  5. A knack for organisation and juggling various tasks in a fast-paced environment
  6. Strong computer skills
