• Take ownership of all Operational and Sales Levers across Corporate owned and Franchise Clubs
• Beeline focus on driving New Member Sales and minimising attrition

• Must be willing and able to achieve and celebrate success

You:

• Must have Stong Sales, Leadership and Management Skills
• Managing P&L and other Financial Statements
• Ability to Train and Upskill Sales Teams.
• Managing Teams from 3 - 9 people (both direct/indirect) 
• Must have 7+ Years in a Senior Sales and Leadership role 
• Extensive experience in managing operations in a high paced and dynamic work environment
• The Applicant must have an Unrivalled Passion for Sales and Fitness!
