You will not only help coach our managers to focus on and hit their KPI’s, but you will also help them transform their clients lives through out-caring the competition.

WHAT EXPERTISE YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU…

• You have experience in management and preferably a similar position for at least 12 months.
• You MUST have experience within the Health and Fitness industry, specifically the health and leisure centre sector. Applicants with no experience will not be considered
• You have a proven track record of managing Sales KPI’s and understand their lead funnel
• Experience managing small business teams
• You have sound knowledge and experience with digital marketing and outreach activities
• Experience in complaints and resolutions services
• Exceptional people skills. You must be able to work in multiple teams with varying motivations and personalities.
• It is preferable that you have your Certificate III and IV in Fitness 
• Willing to be in promotional marketing material across several platforms 

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• You will be responsible for coaching your club managers in maximising the profitability and growth within their clubs
• You will be a sales gun and drive the entire process from active lead gen, sign-ups and the personal individualised experience after joining.
• You will ensure that members have a fantastic experience in our clubs at all times and are always met with a smile and a warm ‘Hello’ every time they enter.
• You will be the point of contact for all club managers to ensure their sites are running smoothly.
• You will be responsible for training new team members when required
