Snap Fitness Doonside is a brand new gym set to open in the heart of Doonside. Snap Fitness is a 24/7 franchise Gym with a focus on providing the best fitness experience to every single member, every single visit. Snap Fitness Doonside will have state-of-the-art equipment & provide personal training and group fitness.

Qualifications & experience

• Previous management experience in the fitness industry 
• Demonstrated sales ability and experience
• Proficient administration, customer service and people skills
• Knowledge of the fitness industry and keep up to date with fitness trends
• Experience in the fitness industry is not a necessity, however, management experience in sales and retail will be highly regarded
• Self-motivated and driven to excel in the position
• Professionalism and ability to work in a team environment
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Must have appropriate police/ working with children check

Tasks & responsibilities

• Results-driven and highly motivated to achieve sales targets
• Enthusiastic and confident sales ability
• Manage all operational aspects of the gym to drive membership and greater member retention
• Manage, monitor and develop the performance of all PT's and sales staff
• Promote the Snap Fitness brand and image within the local community
• Skilled at using social media platforms to drive the club's exposure
• Enthusiasm for local outreach and community engagement
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, well-maintained and operationally sound
