Fernwood Hornsby is seeking a confident, outgoing, motivated and passionate personality to join us as a Membership Sales and Promotions Consultant.

• Starting Minimum 24hrs Casual.  (T.B.D).
• Full-Time for the right person (after the probationary period).
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts throughout the week including mornings, evenings and every 2nd Saturday morning. 

 The Role:

• Help plan monthly sales programs and targets.
• Drive the sales process on a daily basis.
• Outgoing and Incoming sales calls, effectively utilizing our CRM.
• Outreach lead generation, handing out flyers and collecting names.
• Seeking in-club referrals from members by way of competitions etc.
• Organizing & running promotions in-club & within Westfield.
• Establish local business relationships to cross-promote.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• In-depth social media experience would also be advantageous.

Skills and Experience

While proven experience will be looked upon very favourably - it doesn't have to be from within the fitness industry. However, heartfelt love for fitness is imperative.

In addition, a fervent desire for strategizing and implementing sales promotions and processes - and a devoted approach to striving towards; and meeting goals is absolutely essential.
