About Us

PCYC NSW is a registered charity, whose mission is to empower young people to reach their potential through Police and community partnerships.

With over 66 clubs across the state, PCYC provides quality activities and programs in a safe, fun and friendly environment.

Our aim is to engage with and positively influence our 100,000+ youth members through mainstream sport, recreation, education, leadership and cultural programs.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity, vital for building relationships in the local community, driving a business and leading a team.  In this varied role, classified as Club Manager under our Enterprise Agreement, you will:

  • Develop, promote and ensure excellent delivery of Sports, Recreation and youth engagement activities
  • Lease and coordinate community initiatives and programs
  • Create a vibrant and fun club culture
  • Promote the PCYC brand and image within the local community
  • Provide a safe environment for the youth of your community
  • Ensure quality customer service, rostering, recruitment, employee training and people leadership
  • Ensure the club’s financial performance is sustainable, such as fundraising sales and memberships and budget management
  • Uphold compliance, reporting and administration duties

  • Do you have strong leadership skills?
