About Us

PCYC NSW is a registered charity, whose mission is to empower young people to reach their potential through Police and community partnerships.

With over 66 clubs across the state, PCYC provides quality activities and programs in a safe, fun and friendly environment.

Our aim is to engage with and positively influence our 100,000+ youth members through mainstream sport, recreation, education, leadership and cultural programs.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity (open to varying hours depending on incumbent and location of role), vital for building relationships in the local community, driving a business and leading a team.  In this varied and flexible role, classified as Club Manager under our Enterprise Agreement, you will:

  • Create a vibrant and fun club culture
  • Promote the PCYC brand and image within the local community
  • Provide a safe environment for the youth of your community
  • Lease community initiatives and programs
  • Ensure quality customer service, recruitment, employee training and people leadership. 
  • Ensure the club’s financial performance, such as fundraising sales and memberships, and budget management
  • Challenge the status quo and expand on Sports, Recreation and youth engagement activities promoting active lifestyles to your local community 
  • Be guided on Compliance, reporting and administration

  • Do you have strong leadership skills?
  • Do you have proven experience in business development, operation planning and/or implementing innovative business ideas?
  • Do you have strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish valuable partnerships within your local community?
  • Do you have the willingness to learn and grow within PCYC?
  • Do you have strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills?
  • Do you have a genuine care for your community and alignment with the PCYC Mission and Values?
