F45 Training St Leonards is looking for an experienced passionate Club Manager & Head Trainer to lead and become an integral part of our awesome team!

About the Role

As the Club Manager, you will manage the day-to-day leadership of your club, including delivering on operational tasks, managing a team of 3-5 trainers, engaging in the community, networking and most of all creating a club environment where all F45 members are inspired to embrace F45 philosophy of fitness and wellbeing.

This is a varied role that gives you the opportunity to develop skills in the following areas:

• Marketing - actively get involved and drive your Club's social media, support national marketing campaigns and initiate local area marketing
• In-house Initiatives - pro-actively initiate in-house motivational campaigns to keep current and new members motivated and connected to the club
• Sales - sell memberships, merchandise and retail products
• Technology - Mind Body Online (CRM), Loyasnap Leads Management, Sonos, Zoom, and Google Drive are systems you will be trained to use daily. Knowledge of these systems is an advantage.
• Coaching - engage & motivate your team members and your gym members to perform at their best
