Air Locker Training Narellan is looking for a full-time Head Trainer to join the Team.

Are you enthusiastic about helping people? Do you want to be a part of a like-minded community and work with a great group of trainers? This is for you! We are looking for a Full Time Head Trainer to coach Group Fitness classes and work with our trainers and management team.

Air Locker is the total body and mind, training and lifestyle choice for everyone. Simulated altitude training is designed to mimic the effects of training at high altitudes with less oxygen in the air.

While sea level air contains around 20-22% oxygen, air at Air Lockers’ simulated high altitudes generally contains around 13-15% oxygen due to oxygen molecules being further apart.

Requirements:

• Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness
• First Aid and CPR
• Previous Group Training Experience

Role:

• Coach high altitude group fitness classes
• Understand and deliver knowledge of Altitude training
• Ensure class setups are complete and workouts are understood by all trainers
• Stay up to do with members on goals, especially during studio challenges
• General cleaning duties
