About the Role

We need you to manage the studio and to help drive sales. This role also includes helping our coaches in the delivery of some group training sessions.

We offer flexible working arrangements that include a mix of AM and PM shifts Monday-Friday (there are a couple of split shifts). There will be rare Saturday shifts and even more rare Sundays.

You'll be fully supported by the studio owners and the Coaching Team and training will be provided.

You’ll also work closely with our sister BFT studio in Lilydale which, along with further support, will provide an extended network of Trainers and Coaches to draw upon

Key responsibilities include;

• Manage all aspects of the studio
• Manage the studio team and create an exciting/motivating team dynamic.
• Membership sales, including actively seeking new Membership opportunities and the management of leads
• Social Media Management - To market our studio and reflect our studio community
• Coordinating 8-Week Challenges
• Membership administration and general enquiries
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the studio

About You

• Willing to work a range of weekdays and some Saturdays and the occasional Sunday (rare and only for special events)
• Eager to learn and grow with the Studio and BFT Brand
• Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
• Possess a FUN and ENERGETIC personality

Skills and Experience:

• Cert III and IV in Fitness (minimum)
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
• Group Training and/or Personal Training Experience
• Customer Service and Member Engagement Skills
• Strength and Conditioning Certificate (Desirable)
