MY STORY

I have been working with clients ranging from kids to retired champions. Swim starts, trip athletes to guys with a six pack in heir late 60's.

I believe that fitness starts with your attitude. Love you life and treat your body with respect. I have been working from my Studios since September 2012. We have a lovely fitness family. I have now expanded into night bootcamp sessions at a local hall. Very fun!
