I've just finished Dr. Stacy Sims' Menopause 2.0 course and am absolutely amazed at the material that she has presented. And really now my passion is to be able to help other women who haven't got the memo on weightlifting, who haven't got the memo on what's happening in menopause, who don't realize that as they enter menopause, they're going to have a lot of trouble changing their body composition and how important it is to do it prior. Thank you, Stacy. You are amazing.

Having completed over 60 Ironmans, I can say with certainty learning how your body reacts to high endurance training and racing never stops. It’s discouraging to prepare for a race and have it derailed, not because you didn't do the work, but because your body didn't respond on that particular day. Dr. Sims will show you how you can take the steps to the start line with the best chance of delivering your maximum potential!

The course was super exciting for me. I thought the information was very solid and had a lot of depth to be presented in a very digestible manner via the modules. I took my time going through it because there is a lot of information. My biggest takeaway from the course was that there is hope. Even after menopause, I can get stronger, and my symptoms are mitigable. I am looking forward to sharing this knowledge with my clients and friends.

I am so grateful for this course, and I am just so grateful that I was able to dive in a lot deeper and learn so much about both the nutrition and the exercise aspects as they relate to peri and postmenopause. I'm a huge proponent of strength training and balanced nutrition, and once again, I just want to thank you for everything I've learned. It was an excellent course. Thank you again.

I've been doing ultra trail running for a few years now and I love it After this course, I might do lifting more. I'm also a personal trainer in a gym, so looking forward to sharing all the information with the women in the gym. The course was just amazing. I don't know how I would have learned all this information if it hadn't been for this course. So thank you. The course was great. Keep doing what you're doing.
