A really great alternative to costly machines.
Great quality product. Super effective and much easier to use (and store) compared to free weights. You can achieve a wider range of controlled compound exercises with the added benefit of recruiting more of your stabilising muscles for improved core strength. Highly recommended.

No need for the gym
I haven’t missed the gym during lockdown as I have worked with my PT on a resistance band full body workout. My band of choice is Powerbandsaustralia…great quality, good variety of resistance and their customer service is outstanding…could not recommend enough!

Works wonders

Super Strong
