I have been a client of Brenda's for 12 odd years. As I am in a wheelchair and have a fitness station specifically set up and designed for wheelchair users, Brenda comes to my house twice a week to help me maintain my upper body strength which is essential for my mobility both in the chair and transfers. Brenda is very resourceful in finding out what would benefit me most and is mindful of shoulder soreness and how to minimise any injuries.

I have been a client of Brenda’s for 8 years and during that time have developed both a professional and personal friendship with her. She has supported me unconditionally with my health, fitness and wellbeing during this time. She has provided sound nutritional advice through creating meal plans and providing me with general nutritional information. I hate exercising. But it turns out, since going to Brenda, that I love doing weights with a trainer. So much so that I now go 3 times a week, and if I cant make a session I'll reschedule it within the week. This is the most consistently Ive exercised ever in my life, and I notice the health benefits Im getting physically & mentally. I've even got my Mum going for, dare I say it, 'oldies fitness'!

Brenda is great at catering for all age groups. I am in my 60's & have a number of chronic ailments which flair up from time to time. When I find an exercise is aggravating a condition she is able to modify the exercise until I can manage it. It means I have the confidence to go to classes even if I am experiencing pain at the time, knowing she has the expertise to work around it. My daughter who is a long time client of Brenda's gave me a month of classes for a present.
