Love my personal training with miha bodytec! EMS has been such a game changer for me - only 20 minutes once a week with noticeable changes after only 3 sessions! Can’t wait to progress further, am hooked!!!

I've been using miha bodytec now for about 6 months, twice a week. I really notice the difference! Tummy toned, muscles and strength increased! I am a time poor mum with young children, so this is a great way to get an intensive workout in just 20 minutes. I'd recommend EMS to anyone who has a busy life but want to get toned and fit. It's great!

Starts off easy and gets progressively more difficult with the trainer, yet very manageable for 20 minutes! miha bodytec really does give you the physical benefits of hours and hours in the gym - definitely value for money!

We would have never thought it possible that fitness training which is limited to a period of 20 minutes per week would have such great effects. We are sure that “decrepit age” won’t be a problem for us. The back doesn’t hurt anymore, gardening is no longer a torture and neither is housework.

So, dear interested people, get fit again, do the only really effective fitness training, throw away the painkillers next year, put the rollator back in the corner, and look to a positive future!

After a serious knee operation I had already given up hope for a pain-free life or a normal gait pattern. What months of rehabilitation and physiotherapy have not achieved, I was able to accomplish after only a few weeks thanks to EMS! I built up my muscles very quickly, no longer limp and have my quality of life back.

With only 20 minutes of training per week I can’t believe the results I have achieved! I feel super strong, my lower back pain is completely gone and for the first time in my life, the fat on my tummy is nearly gone – and that without any sit ups!
