I've been in the fitness industry for more than 25 years, beginning in group exercise when the only option was freestyle instructing.
After management roles in public, commercial and corporate environments, I decided it was time someone built a better recruitment tool for our industry. Enter, HealthyPeople.
More than 10 years later, I'm still passionate about bringing the industry professionals and employers together.
FITREC was built in response to the issues we saw facing both employers and professionals. Once again, it was time to step in and build the service that industry people should be getting.

My experience so far with NHFA has been incredible. The ease of online learning coupled with face-to-face practicals is perfect for someone like me who works full-time, trains regularly, and doesn't have too much spare time.

As someone hates pen-to-paper learning I loved this course. 13 face-to-face sessions gave me the confidence to start my job and convert 4 consults to clients in the second week. I’m now in week 6 at a Goodlife with 6 active clients and lots of prospects. It was nice not having to create awkward videos, especially training the elderly and children and submit my work that way. The in-person sessions meant I got advice and critiques in real time.
