A Bit About Me
I'm Brendan, a personal trainer with over 15 years in the fitness industry and the founder of REP66, a private studio in Pakenham. Since starting out in 2011, I've worked across large commercial gyms, strength facilities, mobile PT, and my own studio, coaching everyone from complete beginners to clients chasing serious strength and body composition goals.
My approach is simple: realistic programming, honest feedback, and training that fits your life rather than fighting against it. I'd rather help you build something sustainable than sell a quick fix that falls apart in a few weeks. Whether you want in-person sessions, small group training, or structured online coaching, I'll meet you where you're at and keep you accountable.
I train from my REP66 studio in Pakenham, and from July 2026 I'm also at Club Lime South Yarra on Saturdays and Mondays. If you want a trainer who'll back you the whole way, get in touch.
