A Bit About Me
I am a motivated sport science professional and former elite swimmer with 14 years of high-performance experience, including competition at the World Life Saving Championships. I am currently completing a yearlong internship at the Victorian Institute of Sport, supporting elite programs across swimming, cycling, triathlon, rowing, and athletics through physiological testing, performance analysis, and applied research.
I am finishing a double degree in Sport and Exercise Science and Psychological Science, with strong foundations in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and performance psychology. With experience in strength and conditioning coaching and physiological testing of VFL athletes, I am passionate about applying evidence-based sport science to support athlete performance and wellbeing at the highest level.
