I’’m 53, I’ve been having pt with Dean once a week for a few months now and I’ve just increased from 30 mins per session to 45. It’s been brilliant. He has tailored my workout to strengthen weak areas like my injured lower back, and my overall strength feels like it has doubled. My back hasn’t felt this strong in years. His guidance at the gym is why I’m still going. He’s provided very good advice on nutrition as well.
