I specialise in helping mums return to fitness through my Outdoor Bootcamps - 'ibelieve fitness' located in Ryde Park.
I have a special interest in both and pre and post-natal fitness while providing safe and effective exercise for mums.
Experienced in running small through to large group sizes that are fun, challenging and supportive at the same time. I like to train across a variety of disciplines including Cardio, Circuit, Boxing, Strength, Speed, Agility and High Intensity Interval Training.
