A Bit About Me
have over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry across sales, management, and practitioner roles. My experience is backed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a PhD focused on the business of fitness, alongside a lifetime in high-level sport as a nationally ranked kayaker and international-level powerlifting athlete, coach, and referee.
Over the past five years, I have specialised in working with medical professionals and older adults, helping clients reduce pain, improve movement, and build confidence through evidence-based strength training. To make these services more accessible, I developed the Infinite App, delivering structured rehabilitation and strength programs online.
In May 2026, I relocated to Sydney to take up a Senior Lectureship in Sport at the Global Institute of Sport while continuing to run Infinite online. I am currently looking for a Sydney gym to call home.

Hannah is one of those rare individuals who 'gets' her clients. She takes the time to understand their goals, their motivations and what drives them and uses that to push you to success. I worked with Hannah for almost 12 months training for the New York Marathon. For the first time in years I ran injury free consistently and I always felt supported in my training and progress. I ran an amazing race and had an amazing time & much of that can be put down to my training. Hannah is always professional, yet friendly and is always willing to go above and beyond to help her clients achieve results.

I am delighted to write this recommendation letter for Hannah Altman, my Personal Fitness trainer. The expertise and guidance Hannah has provided through strength training and Pilates has been instrumental in my recovery from hip replacement surgery. Hannah personally designs each of my training sessions and adapts the exercises according to my requirements, allowing me to confidently achieve my health and fitness goals in a consistent and measured manner. Hannah is professional, motivational and encouraging and I have no hesitation in recommending her to potential clients. Terry White AO D.Univ UQ., D.Univ QUT., BA, PhC MPS
