A Bit About Me
I have been in the fitness industry in various capacities since 2004. I worked as a personal trainer in a studio from 2004-2006. During and after that time I also ran outdoor bootcamp classes. I started Karate in 2005 and after I earned my black belt in 2009 I started teaching and gained my jun shidoin (international junior teacher qualification) grading. I taught Karate to people of all ages from 3-60 from 2009-2021and in this time represented Australia twice as a competitor at world championship tournaments and more recently as a referee. My Martial Arts training has taught me to value more than just fitness and exercise but to look at the whole person and I am passionate about helping people to be the best they can be in all areas of life.
From 2018-2022 I worked at an all female Functional Training Gym before transitioning to running my own Functional training Studio .
