A Bit About Me
After a serious back injury I found it difficult to find long term relief and respite from the pain but I refused to believe there was no answer to restricted movement.
By combining soft tissue therapy with a regular movement program I found my pathway back to health.
I then spent the next decade studying the best movement specialists in the world.
The system I use provides people with a one-stop solution to their mobility challenges.
Today my classes and private consultations have helped clients across Australia dramatically improve a range of health issues.
If you want to talk to someone who will take the time to listen, can help you identify how best to regain mobility, stability and additional energy........... I am here for you.

Inez’s treatments have impacted me significantly. I don’t know where to start. I’m in my 60s and was so stiff and tight, even having trouble doing my everyday activities around the house, Her treatment is gentle but effective and I feel so much more flexible in my hips, ankles, shoulders, back, pretty much all over. Then her follow up treatment enhancers to do between visits, are easy to follow and keep me ticking along between sessions or between movement classes she takes. I don’t know where I would be without a resource like her.

Since attending the Let’s Loosen Up sessions with Inez, I feel the most free I’ve felt in a very very long time. My feet & ankles have a lot more movement and my glutes feel a lot less stressed. We have been working on my hips and thoracic spine and I can get so much more done. Also my feet are now planted firmly on the ground - so something Inez is doing works for me! This is bliss. I just disappear for the 30-minute class, and it's something just for me.

Inez Musgrove is a highly motivated and skilled colleague who brings passion and expertise to her work, both in the human and equine movement fields. I've enjoyed collaborative work and study with Inez and can highly recommend her application both in manual therapy and movement education for humans and horses alike.
