I have been training with Jake for about 4 months . Through out this time ive seen my fitness levels improve dramatically! Jake has a very unique and caring way of training that is not just encouraging and empowering but enables you to learn to be accountable for your own fitness! I have found my time within this community not just great physically but also mentally! Jake is always available for the random question regarding your health and fitness and has a very realistic way of explaining things! Jake is a natural in this field and you can see this in the way he is transforming peoples lives . I could not praise him and the fitness community he is creating enough !

Jake has been my trainer for more than 3 years now. I always enjoy going to sessions with Jake because of the friendly community feel he has created.
