A Bit About Me
I have been a Personal Trainer since 2006. I specialize in Strength training, Postural Correction and Pre-Post Natal training. In 2018 I was awarded Personal Trainer of the year for YMCA Victoria and in 2019 Personal Trainer of the year for Aquatics and Recreation Victoria.
In 2018 I completed my Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coaching. I have since been working with clients to educate them in forming sustainable nutrition habits.
Early 2020 I completed my Cert 4 in Training and Assessment and in June began my first teaching role with Box Hill TAFE Sport and Recreation. As of March 2021 I have come on board at Victoria University delivering Certificate III and IV in Fitness.
Having had the privilege of mentoring new PT's to the industry over the years, I am looking to further my teaching roles in the industry and support new trainers.
