I have worked at Loreto Normanhurst for 3 years and have overseen Johnny Casni as both a coach and convenor for our sport programs. Johnny has been coaching Football at Loreto Normanhurst for 2 years in both our Primary and Secondary School. He has also been a Touch Football Convenor and Touch Football Coach. During all of Johnny's roles at the school he has been extremely punctual, organised, diligent and dedicated. He always showed great duty of care for the students he was coaching and created a fantastic rapport with staff, students and parents. Johhny is an excellent communicator, extremely reliable and would be an asset to any company he works for.

2017-present; I have worked alongside Johnny on projects/programs & under Johnny’s management when he acted up as manager July-August 2020. He is a leader in his field as a health & fitness coordinator & a highly respected role model to his staff. Johnny is knowledgeable & passionate about sports & fitness & uses this to train & guide his staff to succeed. I have worked with him on numerous projects he is very organised, approachable & a great team member to work with, he has an eye for detail & a drive to make sure events/programs can run to their full potential. Prioritisation of work requirements is a strength of his. He was a supportive manager and is an asset to any team.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Johnny for over seventeen years. During the years of our friendship, I have only known Johnny to be nothing more then a example of professionalism in all aspects of his life. Johnny and I first met during our senior years at school. Since that time we have gone on to study together at TAFE and work together on a small business project. Without doubt I’m confident to recommend Johnny as he has always displayed intelligence, dedication and loyalty. He is always quick on his feet, with sensible reactions in all the circumstances that I have seen him in. I feel confident in saying that he is capable of handling any situation with thoughtfulness and maturity.
