A Bit About Me
I am a PT and owner of Epic Win PT - Operating in the Newmarket and Windsor area now for well over 13 years. After struggling with my weight and body image for most of my youth, I had a life changing event where I said “Enough is Enough!”. I marched into my local gym and enlisted a Personal Trainer to help me change my life. And change it did.
Over the last decade I have been able to show my clients how vital it is to have a focus on health and fitness. In 2016 I was diagnosed with aggressive, Stage 3 kidney cancer. While the war against my rare and aggressive form of cancer is not over – it affirmed my belief that a good offence is a good defence!
I have a geek streak and will do my utmost to make even the most awful exercise seem better. With an attention to detail and form coupled with ensuring your improvements and achievements are tracked and celebrated – you will walk out of my sessions happier and with a sense of accomplishment.
