A Bit About Me
Hey everyone! I’m Katherine! I’m super excited to be taking on the role as Member Support Coach and Personal Trainer. I really enjoy helping people and giving them the tools to reach their goals.
A little about myself - I’m married with a two year son who is my pride and joy! I lived in New Zealand for 5 years where I completed my certificate in Personal Training. While studying, I heard from so many women about the lack of appropriate training support for them while they were pregnant and once they had kids. I have a special interest in working with mums and mums-to-be and I’m excited to complete my pre and post natal certificate in March.
I have experience in weightlifting, functional training, Pilates, kickboxing, HIIT, Cross Fit, bodyweight and circuit training so I can promise the programs won’t be boring! I love a good chat so please come say hi when you see me around!
