He has a very likeable and personal manner, is very professional in dealing with clients, has a wealth of experience and knowledge from his long history of professional bodybuilding competition. I observed Michael training clients at my facility last year during our shadowing hours and also have seen Michael provide expert advice to colleagues that has really moved the needle for them.
