A Bit About Me
Became a group fitness instructor after falling in love with Les Mills group fitness classes.
Trained in BodyPump first, then became a BodyAttack instructor also.
Joined the army and served for 4 and a half years. After discharging I went back to teaching group fitness classes while doing a Masters in Education and now currently a high school Science teacher while teaching BodyPump at UWA.
