Ken holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Health, a Diploma of Work Safety and Health, and a Group Exercise Leader Certificate. He is also a St John Ambulance volunteer Emergency Medical Assistant.
Ken has been a keen group class (Body Combat, Pump, Shapes, Pilates, Yoga, ABT, etc.) participant for over 20 years and recently made the decision to become an instructor, focusing on Club Fiesta dance and Club Titan (martial arts to music).
