A Bit About Me
I coach for a reason. My family experienced an abundance of health issues, ranging from alcohol abuse to metabolic disorders. I was also obese at a very young age, but that changed when I decided to take control of my life. I began working out, losing weight, and building discipline. This journey not only transformed my physique, health, and mindset but also positively impacted the health of my family. It instilled in me a deep sense of purpose to pursue meaningful work. Now, my goal is to help others do the same and strive on the path of lifelong learning and development
