I have been attending movement classes with Trish for the last 6 months. She implements a great variety of sessions which I find are so beneficial to my needs. Trish is knowledgeable, caring, patient and professional. I find that I can easily understand Trish’s instructions during the sessions and that she can adjust the exercises to suit all levels of abilities.

Trish is a true professional, she has very sound knowledge of holistic health and is a natural educator. I have been interested to observe how engaged all the participants are in the classes I have attended. People are comfortable enough to do their very best to a level they are comfortable with, Trish is very empathetic to anyone who may not be able to master a particular routine but encourages them to maybe adopt a different approach so that the benefit will still be the same as those who can, Trish explains, as we go, what parts of our body we are using and what the end aim is of the exercise. The studio is beautifully appointed, warm in winter, cool in summer, a pleasure to visit.

Decided to get the Lymphascial Reset as my head has been rather foggy, headaches and the whole body just tense and overall not feeling the best. The next day, I woke up more in tune and refreshed than I had been in many, many months. The body was not tense and I felt more relaxed. From the reset, plenty of regular water intake and movement, the toxin build up is now moving and dispersing away to where it should go. Trish is intuitive to help improve your wellbeing. The calming knowledge she imparts is priceless. We all need to look inwards and listen to our bodies. Trish has further encouraged me to further do more.

I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the classes with Trish Chesters. I have complete trust that she is very knowledgeable about her way of working with us. Trish is able to adapt exercises to individual requirements due to movement limitations when it is necessary, therefore providing a safe space in which to test each body's capabilities. The classes are so varied that it's never boring; which is important from my perspective. Best of all is that I am fitter and more supple, managing to do things I couldn't do even when I was a younger woman. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trish's classes to anyone looking to have fun while doing exercise.

Since joining Trish before Xmas I can honestly say it has been the best decision to join her Bodyflow class I’ve have had pain in my right hip for a couple of years n was seeing a chiropractor in Perth for over 12 months the pain would go but return within weeks myself giving up walking as it was too painful , a 6weeks course of doing Trish’s work out I’ve im finally pain free in my right hip I have been able to go on long walks again pain free, Now Trish is helping me with a very painful left shoulder . Trish has her work cut out for her keeping my body more flexible than what it been in a lot of years,,,,, I’m enjoying the Bodyflow it’s the best form of exercise for me .

The time and effort Trish puts into her clients is extraordinary. In the 18 months I have known Trish on a professional basis she has not only helped myself with running but also movement training. I can vouch for and recommend Trish Chester whole heartedly. I first met Trish two years ago when I was recovering from some health issues that left me unable to run more than a few metres. I was very hesitant to sign up and commit to a program that I thought may be beyond my capabilities. My fitness levels & weight have been like a yo-yo for years, so when someone suggested 'learn to run' with Trish Chesters, I actually was hesitant - because "I'm not a runner." I proved myself wrong very quickly, & with her guidance, I can run over 6kms. You may think there's not much to learn about running, but you'd be wrong. I've learnt so much from posture to breathing, & Trish will take into consideration limitations, injuries, fitness levels & help you to get the most out of each session. Having access to her Zoom sessions during COVID was so helpful. Soon I will recommence training, following medical leave, as I know Trish will do whatever she can to help me reach my goals.

I highly recommend Trish as a running and fitness coach. When I started Trish’s Learn to Run program I hadn’t exercised in years and was incredibly nervous at the thought. Trish’s knowledge and training methods had me running 5kms in just three months, something I thought would be impossible! Trish Chesters is an outstanding coach. She coached me to run my first 14km for the Perth Running Festival. I couldn't have done it without her encouragement and support up to and on the day of the run. I completed her 8 Week Challenge to improve my running. It was amazing and the best thing I have ever done. I went from running 5km in the mid 35 mins to 32mins in 8 weeks! I loved it so much I am now doing her next 8 Week Challenge. I highly recommend Trish for all of your fitness needs. You will see the results immediately.

Trish is an extremely positive, knowledgeable and supportive trainer. She makes your goals achievable such as her 5km run program over 12 weeks. Each week you run a little bit further so you are tired but not overwhelmed. At no point do you feel like giving up because you can't do it. The best bit is her strong focus on correct warming up, technique and stretching. I could not recommend Trish highly enough and am so thankful that I am learning to run 😀

Trish is a very professional running coach. Trish is very mindful of each participants abilities. Positivity and encouragement are the main tools of communication for Trish, this gives me a ‘can Do’ mind set. We are not pushed or yelled at, just encouraged. Trish gave our group an 8 week challenge to improve our basic fitness to achieve better performances in our running. The outcome was fantastic, I was amazed how much I had improved after the series of exercises she gave me to do every week. I was able to achieve a PB at my weekly Park Run, something I had been struggling with. My overall fitness improved and I felt more energetic due to the specific exercises Trish focused on. Trish also focuses on individual goals as well as working with the group and has great communication skills. Highly recommend Trish as a personal trainer.

Athletics Australia is very fortunate to have Trish as one of the IAAF Kids Athletics Coaches. She is very punctual, has great communication skills and has received great feedback from schools. I have spent several months learning to run correctly through the Learn to Run program with Trish. She has managed to take a non-runner with knee issues and turn me into a runner. Trish understands when I need to pull back or challenge myself and will adjust my program to cater for my needs. Not only has Trish developed me physically but mentally, enabling me to challenge myself more.
