A Bit About Me

I am passionate about educating people on how to become healthier and happier, both physically and mentally. In the classes I facilitate, I incorporate a variety of practices, including simple preventative and restorative body movements, breathing techniques, and elements of Yin and Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Pilates, Body Balance as well as active and sensory meditations. These classes are the result of my Yoga Teacher training, extensive reading, listening to and watching hundreds of talks and webinars, attending both in-person and online workshops, and learning from renowned practitioners with decades of experience. I carefully select the most practical and easy-to-use exercises to ensure they are accessible to all. I am committed to continuous learning, always expanding my skills and knowledge to offer the best to participants in my classes.
