A Bit About Me
Much of my life has involved work that required my personal strength and fitness but it wasn't until 2016 that I formalised the passion into a qualification and then a career.
I have been drawn to the injury prevention & rehabilitation aspects of personal training and recently became a registered NDIS provider for exercise training.
My PT style is based on helping my clients Think. about what their body is doing and why - Move. in a way that benefits their personal wellness and mobility - Flourish. as a result of their dedication to staying fit and healthy.

Letitia is amazing! She meets you where you are at to help you get to where you want to be. Letitia has helped me move through periods serious of rehab, to where I am now - strong, fit, and able to keep up with my family. Letitia is professional, empathetic, non judgmental, and is excited about every session. She is continuously developing her knowledge and approach to training. With ongoing medical issues, Letitia always has alternative exercises I can do, she listens and encourages me to listen to my body and change when something isnt 'working ' for me. She researches and understands my medical issues so I get the most out of each and every training session.
